BOOKING POLICY

For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season full payment is required to be sent in advance.

MODE OF PAYMENT

In case of payment through credit/ debit card, 3% bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount.All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer. Accommodation & Heli fares are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy. Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy. Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

IDENTIFICATION PROOF

The Client is required to carry a valid government approved photo ID Indian National- Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Voters ID card, Driving Licence Foreign National- Passport and Visa and produce it at the time of check in

Additional USES OF OUR VEHICLE

Kindly note that cost of the (vehicle/mentors with the driver) does exclude additional utilization of vehicle like after move or subsequent to touring until or except if it is referenced in the schedule.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK – OUT

If it’s not too much trouble, note that standard registration/Checkout time in many inns is 1200 Hrs. (IST). In this way cost of early registration or Late registration is excluded from the visit cost. We can generally ask for early registration or late checkout whenever required however we don’t ensure that, that altogether rely on the arrangement of the inn, season and accessibility of the room.

UNUSED SERVICES

There will be no limits or cash discounted for missed or unused Services, this incorporates deliberate or compulsory end/takeoff from visit, for example disorder, demise of a relative and so on, late appearance on the visit, or untimely flight either deliberately or automatically.
