Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations done before 45 days: 30% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations done before 31 days: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 11 days: 70% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• No-shows: non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

• Some packages may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Bookings:

Travel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. This may include illness, natural disasters, or other emergencies. Top Class Holidays is not responsible for any costs incurred due to events beyond our control.

Processing Time:

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the actual receipt of funds may vary based on your financial institution.

Changes and Modifications:

• Changes to travel plans, including date changes, destination alterations, or passenger name modifications, may incur additional fees. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control), Top Class Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel trips. Alternative arrangements or credits may be offered in such cases.
